• Contract Type: Temporary


• Location: Rotherham, S60


• Duration: Ad Hoc - 5th and 6th Nov


• Pay Rate: £12.60 hourly rate


• Hours: 8:30am-5pm

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors with a warm smile and directing them to the appropriate personnel 😊


• Answering incoming calls and managing inquiries effectively 📞


• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area


• Handling correspondence and administrative tasks as needed ✉️


• Supporting the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations

🔍 What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour 🤗


• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills


• Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!


• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
