About the Role:
As the Receptionist, you'll be the face of our organisation, responsible for ensuring a warm welcome to all visitors and providing crucial support to the Office Management team. Your daily tasks will help maintain a smooth front-of-house experience and contribute to the overall success of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:



  • Greet visitors with a smile, offer refreshments, and notify the appropriate staff of their arrival.

  • Answer and transfer calls while assisting with inquiries.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and order catering when necessary.

  • Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy, ensuring a professional environment.

  • Set up audio-visual systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.


Administrative Support:



  • Sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and deliveries.

  • Book taxis and hotels for staff as required.

  • Assist with the distribution of sports tickets and print access cards.

  • Maintain up-to-date office spreadsheets and support various teams, including IT and HR.


Office Management:



  • Conduct daily checks throughout the office and manage weekly food/drink orders.

  • organise stationery orders and maintain stock levels.

  • Liaise with printing companies for business materials.

  • Assist with health and safety duties, desk moves, and ad hoc tasks.
