Position: Admin Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary (6 weeks minimum, likely longer)
Location: Holborn, Central London
Pay: £15 per hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid


What You'll Do:
As an Admin Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. You will:




  • Provide administrative support across various functions, working closely with a dynamic team.

  • Methodically follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with survey packages (such as MS Forms) and manage diaries effectively.



Key Experience We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:




  • Experience working in a team environment, providing administrative support across multiple services.

  • A methodical approach to following processes and a knack for delivering top-notch customer service.

  • Some familiarity with survey packages (e.g., MS Forms) is desirable.

  • Experience in diary management to help keep our team organised.
