Job Title: Private Client Secretary
Location: Central London
Remuneration: £45,000 - £48,500
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time 3/4 days office based

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients face-to-face and over the phone 🤝
- Prepare and bind deeds and Wills 📜
- Support file opening and compliance efforts
- Assist with electronic billing
- Provide support to solicitors, accountants, and other fee earners
- Manage diaries and documents efficiently 🗂️
- Maintain effective filing systems
- Perform audio/copy typing, including digital dictation
- Assist with electronic bibles
The Individual:
We're on the lookout for an experienced and confident secretary who is:
- Well-organised and intelligent, with a keen attention to detail 🧐
- Possessing excellent IT skills in Word and Excel 📊
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive team player who enjoys variety and thrives in dynamic environments
Key Skills:
- Exceptional client service focus
- Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
- Experience in Private Client legal work
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with proven business writing abilities
- Willingness to assist colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly 🤗
