Location: Central London


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (1 day working from home)


Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus Bonus! (depending on experience!)

As the business continues to grow, they are now looking for a Personal Assistant/ Team Assistant to provide essential administrative and organisational support to senior team members. 🌟


About the Role:


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their administrative career and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.


As a PA, you'll work closely with senior executives and administrative teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You'll assist with diary management, document coordination, meeting preparation, and general office support - helping the team stay organised, efficient, and focused.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide general administrative and PA support to senior staff for all document signage

  • Organise diaries, schedule meetings, and manage appointments across time zones

  • Prepare and format documents for internal and external review

  • Coordinate with external partners such as notaries and translation services

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases

  • Support with the preparation of board papers and reports

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and office management tasks

  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times


Essential Skills & Experience:



  • Some experience in an administrative or office-based role (internship or permanent)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

  • Confident and professional manner when liaising with colleagues and clients


Desirable:



  • Experience or interest in the financial services industry

  • Previous PA or team assistant experience
