Our client is a leading Insurance company, and is on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO and their high-performing team.   • Working with and supporting a successful and talented CEO, supporting the team as the business grows.

  • Offices based very close to Bank tube station, offering hybrid working - 2/3 days in the office per week.

  • This role is incredibly varied, where no day is the same!


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-level administrative PA support to the CEO

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanour.

  • Assist in project management and track deadlines to keep our team on track.

  • Maintain office supplies and manage vendor relationships.

  • Take minutes in meetings.


What We're Looking For:



  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • A team player, with a flexible and proactive approach

  • A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
