* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, sums, etc.)

* A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence

Why Join Us?

* Competitive holiday package: 22 days + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with service

* Hybrid working after probation (up to 2 days WFH per week)
