TITLE: Part Time Purchase Ledger Administrator
LOCATION: Exeter
SALARY: £27,000-£28,000 per annum FTE DOE
BENEFITS: Excellent benefit package including 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
HOURS: 22-25 hours per week however company are flexible but ideally 3 full days or 4 days school
THE COMPANY: Our client, a well-established agricultural company located just outside of Exeter, is on the lookout for a motivated Part Time Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their friendly and dedicated team of 3.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Posting Purchase invoices in both Xero and Dear
- Processing cheques weekly
- Supplier and customer account reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation of payments in Xero
- Helping out at month end with sending out sales invoices both email and post
- Adhoc tasks to support the Finance manager
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with financial systems and software like Xero and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and data entry skills.
- A high level of precision to ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Experience with purchase ledger
