Do you have a passion for Christmas magic, a flair for leadership, and a sparkle that lights up the room? We're on the lookout for a Head Elf to lead the festive fun at the Harlequin Centre, Watford - guiding our team of elves and helping Santa deliver unforgettable moments to families this Christmas!
As Head Elf, you'll be the heart of the grotto - keeping the sleigh running smoothly, supporting Santa, and ensuring every child's visit is filled with wonder, joy, and just the right amount of jingle.
🎄 Your Role: Head Elf - leading the Christmas experience and elf team
📍 Location: Harlequin Centre, Watford
🗓️ Dates:
- November: 29th & 30th
- December: 6th, 7th, 11th-14th, 18th-24th
🕒 Hours: 09:00-18:30 (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
🎁 Costume provided - you'll look the part from head to toe!
💸 Pay: £200 per day
🎅 Session Details:
- Each day includes 15 magical sessions
- Sessions run for 20 minutes, with a 10-minute reset between each one
- You'll help create a truly immersive experience for every child who steps into the grotto!

- Has a warm, confident, and friendly personality
- Can lead a small team with positivity and festive energy
- Loves working with children and creating magical moments
- Is highly organised and calm under (reindeer) pressure
- Can commit to all key festive dates
- Is ready to jingle, sparkle, and sleigh all day!
