Location: Central London (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)


Remuneration: £22 - £24 per hour

Responsibilities:



  • Manage incoming mail and deliveries 📦

  • Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations

  • Assist with regional workplace events and budget management

  • Provide PA support to the regional General Manager as needed

  • Handle Health & Safety responsibilities

  • Oversee smooth day-to-day running of the London office

  • Manage office supplies, snacks, passes, desks, and facilities

  • Provide admin support to the wider team

  • Help with onboarding and office communications


This part-time temporary role will be your gateway into a potential permanent position, where you can grow and develop your skills in a dynamic environment!


Working Pattern:



  • Part-time: 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

  • Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 with a flexible 1-hour lunch break


Additional Information:



  • Christmas and Boxing Day off🎄

  • Prepare the office for the New Year on 30th December, with gifted days off from 29th-31st December

  • Dress Code: Blazer, jeans, and trainers - enjoy a relaxed yet professional vibe!
