Position: Office Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Central London - Old Street Station🚶♀️
Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (flexible based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and ensure coverage during lunch breaks. 📞
- Greet visitors and offer refreshments
- Manage deliveries and order couriers as needed
- Organise personal and commercial events, dinners, and conferences
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is tidy and welcoming
- Coordinate travel arrangements within the UK and beyond
- Support the development of the company's online presence through social media updates
- Assist with ad hoc personal tasks as requested by directors
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance within the office
- Supporting the practice manager with a range of administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an office environment, particularly in administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
