What You'll Be Doing:
* 🤝 Nurture and grow existing customer accounts
* 📞 Handle inbound enquiries with top-tier service
* 📣 Make outbound calls to spark new business
* 🧭 Support field sales with coordination and follow-ups
* 🧾 Process orders and quotes with precision
* 🔗 Liaise with suppliers to keep things running smoothly
* 💻 Use CRM, ERP, and LinkedIn to stay organised and connected
* 🚚 Work closely with logistics and procurement teams
