Job Title: HR Advisor - DBS Required
Location: South West London
Contract Details: Temp To Perm, (Temping initially 2 weeks)
Salary: £15 - £20 per hour

Responsibilities:
As an HR Advisor, you will:
- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate liaising
- Ensure compliance with pre-employment checks and maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) ✅
- Manage employee lifecycle administration, including payroll and staff records
- Assist with HR casework, including disciplinary and grievance matters
- Keep up-to-date HR policies and support the HR Director with various tasks
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent by experience
- Proficient in generalist HR advice and employee relations
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and minute-writing skills ✍️
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in an educational setting, preferably a school
- Familiarity with maintaining HR systems and pre-employment checks
Technologies:

- HR management systems
