About the Role:
As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes, in particular reconciliation. You will collaborate with a team of experienced professionals who are eager to support your development. This full-time position requires you to be in the office, where you'll immerse yourself in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
What You'll Do:
- Apply your knowledge of finance, reconciliation, and legal principles, particularly FSA client money rules, to enhance our operations.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power BI
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve both individual and team objectives.
- Maintain open and professional communication with clients, insurers, and third-party providers, representing our organisation with the utmost professionalism.
- Compile, analyse, and interpret financial information to facilitate informed decision-making with excellent attention to detail.
- Understand cash collection and payment processes, including general insurance accounting and client invoicing.
