Location: Wimbledon
Salary: DOE (flexible for the right candidate) + 10% bonus
Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri (with flexibility)

What You'll Be Doing


In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of the executive office. Responsibilities include:



  • Expert diary and meeting management

  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and professional correspondence

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders

  • Coordinating complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries

  • Supporting strategic projects and business initiatives

  • Upholding strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times


Who You Are


The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, resilience and a polished approach to every task. You will also have:



  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior support role

  • Strong organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Fluent French - essential

  • It would suit someone who is educated to degree level, however not essential.

  • A stable, grounded personal and professional background that highlights longevity
