Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President
Location: Majority remote with UK travel
Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Temp to Perm
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to support a Senior Vice President operating across multiple international regions. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing high-level support.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Acting as a key point of contact between the SVP and stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking actions
- Managing UK travel arrangements, including occasional travel alongside the SVP
- Supporting on projects, research, and reporting
- Handling administrative tasks, expenses, and confidential documentation
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs
- Flexible with working hours (availability between approx. 8.00/8.30am - 8.00pm when required)
- Comfortable working across international time zones
- Structured and adaptable approach to work
- Able to travel at short notice when required
- Must hold a valid driving licence and be happy to commute as needed
- Based within a commutable distance of Richmond
- Fluent in English (native or near-native level preferred)
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools

- This role will start on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent
- Flexibility is essential due to international coverage
- Successful candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Immediate availability is highly desirable
