We're teaming up with an epic sporting events company to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service to their Birmingham event - and we want YOU to be part of the team!


Last year, our temps had a blast working this high-energy event, and this year is shaping up to be even bigger and better! If you're someone who thrives in a buzzing environment, loves being on your feet, and doesn't shy away from a bit of lifting and shifting (especially if you're on the merchandise or sponsor teams), this is the perfect gig for you!


🏃‍♂️ Role: Event Assistant (Temporary)


📍 Location: Birmingham


💰 Pay: £13.10 per hour


📅 Dates: 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th 26th October 2025


🕐 Shift Times: Various shift times between 6am and 10.30pm


(Flexibility is key - let us know your availability!)


🎯 What You'll Be Doing:



  • Welcoming participants and managing a smooth check-in process using iPads

  • Handing out bib numbers, race-day essentials, and merchandise vouchers

  • Distributing wristbands, timing chips, refreshments, and smiles 😄

  • Supporting the event sponsors and merchandise team (some lifting may be required!)

  • Keeping the energy high and the vibes positive all day long 💥



💡 What We're Looking For:



  • Previous customer service experience

  • A positive, confident, and hardworking attitude

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Well-presented and ready to represent the brand with a smile

  • Someone who's not afraid to get stuck in and bring the hype!
