You'll be the go-to person for customers, ensuring they receive a first-class experience and that any issues are managed efficiently and professionally.
From coordinating appointments and liaising with external suppliers to keeping customers informed and maintaining accurate records, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service.

- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Coordinating appointments and follow-up actions
- Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Handling customer concerns professionally and finding solutions
- Monitoring ongoing cases to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Supporting wider team objectives and customer satisfaction targets
