💰 Salary: £25,500 per annum
📄 Contract Type: Permanent
🕘 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm


Are you someone who thrives on solving problems and creating positive customer experiences? Our client, a growing UK-wide logistics and supply chain company, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join their Glasgow-based support team.


This is a hybrid role offering the best of both worlds: structured in-office training followed by remote working, with monthly team days to stay connected and collaborative.

Your Day-to-Day:



  • Client Support: Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

  • Email & Enquiry Management: Respond to queries via a shared inbox, providing timely and accurate information.

  • Order Coordination: Keep customers informed about order status, delivery timelines, and any changes.

  • Quote Preparation: Create and send quotations in line with company procedures.

  • Call Handling: Manage inbound calls related to orders, returns, and general support.

  • Feedback Collection: Capture customer insights to help improve service delivery.


What You Bring:



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Location: Office is a short walk from Glasgow Central Station
