Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Temporary to permanent- starting immediately)


Location: Exeter, office based


Salary: £25,000 PA starting salary, reviewed annually


Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Key Duties:



  • Being the first point of contact for customers-whether by phone, email, or occasionally in person-ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient, and supportive

  • Responding to incoming sales enquiries and spotting natural opportunities to recommend additional or complementary products

  • Getting involved in marketing activity, from helping with campaigns to contributing ideas and engaging with customers across different channels

  • Building trust and strong working relationships with customers and internal teams

  • Handling questions, issues and more complex situations with calm professionalism and a people‑first mindset

  • Developing a deep understanding of the product range and staying enthusiastic about learning new information as the business evolves
