3-Month Temporary Assignment with Potential to Become Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Wimborne.
This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, liaising with subcontractors, and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The opportunity is initially offered on a temporary basis for three months, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
The Role
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Booking appointments and scheduling works
- Allocating and sending jobs to subcontractors
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Providing updates and support to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the wider team with general administration duties
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and resilient when dealing with customers
- Able to handle pushback professionally and remain firm when required
- Hardworking, proactive, and reliable
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Experienced within a customer service and/or administration environment
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
