Coordinator


📍Location: Watford


💷Salary: £30,000


⏰Working hours: Monday - Friday 37.5hrs (hybrid working after 6-month probation period)


Responsibilities:



  • Understand client needs and translate them into effective job management

  • Take ownership of work packages, ensuring timely completion and revenue recognition

  • Maintain clear communication with clients about project statuses and key dependencies

  • Lead the management of deliverables with our Technical and Operations Teams

  • Confidently chair client meetings and set priorities effectively

  • Leverage client relationships to ensure accountability and on-time delivery

  • Chase necessary data and information rigorously for timely project completion

  • Support risk mitigation plans and process improvements

  • Monitor targets weekly to maximise opportunities and meet contract delivery goals


You must have:



  • Office based administration or coordination experience

  • Excellent communicator and great people skills

  • Professionalism and integrity 🤝

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
