CAPA Lead (Fixed Term Contract)

Position Details
- Role: CAPA Lead
- Contract: Fixed Term for 6 months
- Location: Folkestone, Kent (Hybrid working available)
- Salary: Competitive
- Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm)
- Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays (with the option to buy/sell up to 3 days per year)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into complex quality issues and deviations.
- Coordinate and manage CAPA processes to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategic solutions.
- Analyse data, trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Support audits and act as a Subject Matter Expert for internal and external reviews.
Education & Experience
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Extensive Quality Assurance experience in Cosmetics or Medical Devices.
- A qualification as a Lead Auditor (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 13485.
- Lean Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in root cause analysis and risk management.
- Skilled in data analysis, trend reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
