Duties:
- Light diary management for the CEO to ensure smooth coordination of priorities.
- Assist with general office management and occasional event logistics.
- Manage pipeline and CRM upkeep, ensuring accurate deal documentation.
- Prepare client-facing materials, including proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate RFI/RFP responses and track key sales metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer challenges.
- Support the development of messaging and value propositions.
- Use cutting-edge AI tools (like ChatGPT and Copilot) to streamline processes.
- Assist in transitioning new clients from sales to delivery.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to communicate client requirements.
- Work closely with the senior team members to enhance communication and execution.
Requirements:
