About the Role


As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will:



  • Support daily operational management across the site

  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members

  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards

  • Support with budgeting, reporting, and performance targets

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures

  • Assist with event coordination, marketing activities, and community engagement

  • Act as the go‑to person in the Centre Manager's absence




About You
