• How does holiday pay work?

  As an Office Angels Temp you benefit from holiday pay, which you accrue as you work. Holiday needs to be pre-approved by the company you're working for and then you need to let us know with at least 1 week's notice. You can't carry any holiday over, so make sure you take it during the holiday year (October to September) or you will lose it.

• What is my notice period?

  We require a two week written notice period as per your signed contract. When leaving please do remember to request your P45 in writing, by emailing your consultant.

• Where do I find my eyecare voucher?

  Your eyecare voucher can be found in your Boost account under the ‘other benefits’ tab on the homepage.

• Tax code Issues

  If your tax code is wrong, you'll need to contact HMRC on 0300 200 3300. They will need your PAYE reference number which is 120/040665 and your NI number.

• Pension

  If you are aged between 22 and state pension age and earn a wage that is subject to tax, then we will also deduct a pension contribution from your wage once you have been working for us for 3 months. You can opt out of this by contacting our pensions company on 0330 100 3334 or membersupport@nowpensions.com

• What day of the week will I get paid?

  The standard pay day for Office Angels is a Friday, your payment can show in your designated bank account at different times on pay day depending on your banks process.

• How do I access my payslip?

  Payslips are available on your Community portal, and are visible on and after your payment due date.

• What do I get paid if I am sick?

  Office Angels Sick pay policy is in line with the published government guidelines which can be found here.

• How do I find my P45?

  As soon as your P45 is available, you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for download in your Communities account. You can find your P45 under the 'Payments' tab and will have the option to view or download it.

• How do I get my references from Office Angels?

  Once you have received your P45 you will be able to download an official letter confirming the dates you worked for Office Angels as a Temp from your Communities account. Simply log in to your account, click 'Payments', then click 'P45' (you will only see this if you have been P45'd), then select the download button under the request reference letter.
