Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity?

Our client, a well-established legal practice based in Caterham, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join their team on an immediate-start, 2-week rolling temporary contract. Due to the specialist nature of the role, applicants must have recent residential conveyancing experience and be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.


• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.


• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.


• Conducting searches and handling enquiries.


• Supporting property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.


• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience within Residential Conveyancing is essential.


• Previous experience working within a conveyancing department and managing transactions.


• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation.


• Excellent communication and client management skills.


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


• Available to start immediately.

Please Note

Unfortunately, candidates from other legal disciplines will not be considered for this position. Our client requires someone with direct residential conveyancing experience who can quickly integrate into the team and provide immediate support.
