Are you an experienced Site Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced project environment?
Our client is a well-established specialist contractor delivering large-scale installation and fit-out projects across commercial and industrial sites throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee projects from mobilisation through to successful completion.
This role is ideal for someone with strong site leadership experience, excellent health & safety knowledge, and a proven ability to manage site teams while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
Location: Ashford, Kent but covering the UK
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 17:00, including a 30-minute lunch break.
Overtime paid before 8:00 and after 17:00h with the potential to earn an additional £3-£5k in overtime.

Please note you will be provided with:
- A Van + fuel card. This role involves a lot of driving but you will be supported by the company.

- Hotel plus subsidiaries for when you may need to stay away, not all week but some nights.
The Role:
Reporting into the Project Management team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required specification.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Supervising all on-site activities from start to finish
- Leading site teams and subcontractors
- Conducting site inductions and daily safety briefings
- Ensuring compliance with RAMS and all health & safety requirements
- Monitoring working practices and maintaining a strong safety culture
- Reviewing drawings and site instructions
- Coordinating labour, materials, plant and deliveries
- Managing project progress against programme deadlines
- Carrying out quality inspections and audits
- Managing snagging and project close-out activities
- Maintaining site records, diaries, and documentation
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on site
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and site procedures
- Escalating issues and implementing corrective actions where required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager or similar position
- Strong understanding of construction site operations and health & safety legislation
- Experience leading installation or fit-out teams on live project sites
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Confidence managing client relationships and subcontractors
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Full UK driving licence
