About the Role: As a Powder Coating Operative, you will play a key role in the finishing process, ensuring products are prepared, coated and inspected to the highest standards. This role involves working with metal components, operating machinery and carrying out quality checks within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Loading metal components onto the production rail ready for powder coating.


• Removing finished products from the production line.


• Operating powder coating and production machinery safely and efficiently.


• Carrying out quality control checks on finished products.


• Identifying and reporting any defects or quality concerns.


• Heavy lifting and manual handling of products throughout the production process.


• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
