HR Advisor (ER & Restructure Project)

3-Month FTC/Contract | Fully Remote | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations and restructure project experience? We're supporting a business undergoing a period of organisational change and are looking for a confident HR professional to join the team on an initial 3-month project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing complex ER casework, supporting redundancy consultations, and providing commercially focused HR advice in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Working closely with the HR team and managers across the business, you'll play a key role in delivering a redundancy programme while ensuring best practice and compliance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a high volume of Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.


• Supporting and advising managers through individual and collective redundancy consultations.


• Ensuring all employment law requirements and HR processes are followed accurately.


• Drafting consultation documentation, letters and outcome communications.


• Providing practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.


• Supporting organisational change and restructuring activities.


• Maintaining accurate HR records and case management documentation.


• Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the business.

About You

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor.


• Strong Employee Relations background with experience managing complex casework.


• Previous hands-on redundancy and organisational change experience is essential.


• Up-to-date employment law knowledge.


• Confident advising and influencing managers at all levels.


• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience desirable.


• Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
