The Role

This is a varied, all-round position that combines sales, client relationship management, and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting existing clients to maintain relationships and identify new sales opportunities


• Proactively reaching out to prospective clients to generate new business


• Promoting and selling luxury products to a high-end client base


• Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to completion


• Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service


• Following up on leads and enquiries in a timely and professional manner


• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system


• Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience


• Achieving individual and team sales targets


• Representing the company professionally at all times

About You

• Degree educated or equivalent


• Confident, articulate, and personable


• Naturally outgoing with excellent communication skills


• Interested in sales and business development


• Commercially aware with a strong work ethic


• Ambitious and eager to progress within a growing company


• Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Comfortable speaking with clients and building lasting relationships
