  • Maintain accurate records of all cases to ensure visibility across open tickets.

Administration & Operations:

  • Prepare service quotations, spare part sales quotations, and customer invoices promptly.

  • Process spares orders and coordinate with internal teams for fulfilment.

  • Review compliance with SLA targets and contribute to weekly service reporting.

  • Support general office administration, including liaising with suppliers and contractors.

Team & Process Support:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal processes and documentation.

  • Assist in onboarding and service setup for new customers, particularly during product launches.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • A confident, outgoing demeanour with a positive attitude.

  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

  • A proactive approach with superior attention to detail, especially in preparing quotations and invoices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with training provided on specific company software.

  • Assertiveness when coordinating with field engineers and third-party suppliers.

Desirable traits include an interest in AI tools or process automation and experience supporting international customers.

What Our Client Offers:

  • Competitive starting salary range of £30,000-£35,000, depending on experience.

  • Private healthcare and pension scheme after 3 months of employment.

  • Lunch provided Monday to Friday.

  • A supportive and close-knit team environment at their Chelsea Harbour office.
