The Role

As a Remote Market Research Interviewer, you will:

• Conduct telephone interviews


• Engage with a wide range of people and gather valuable opinions and feedback


• Accurately record responses using online systems


• Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality


• Build rapport and create positive conversations with respondents

Requirements

• Reliable broadband internet connection with ethernet cable connection


• Quiet working environment


• Computer or laptop: Windows 10 or newer or Macs with Apple Silicon chips (M1, M2, M3 etc.) released after 2020


• USB headset with working microphone

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who are:

• Confident communicators with a friendly telephone manner


• Comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds


• Reliable, organised and self-motivated


• Able to work independently from home


• Comfortable using computers and web-based systems

Previous experience in customer service, administration, contact centres, retail, hospitality, or telephone-based roles would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
