A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager & Compliance Coordinator to join a well-established business in Morden. This is a varied role offering the chance to become a key member of the team, supporting office operations, compliance activities, business administration and finance processes.


Working closely with senior leadership and colleagues across the business, you will ensure daily operations run efficiently whilst helping to maintain ISO accreditations, organise critical business records and support company-wide processes.


This role is ideal for an experienced administrator seeking more responsibility and looking to broaden their skills across office management, compliance and business support.


Key Responsibilities



  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, office supplies, equipment and facilities management.

  • Provide administrative support to management and wider business teams.

  • Maintain and organise company records, documentation and confidential information.

  • Support the administration of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

  • Track actions, renewals, reviews and training records using internal systems.

  • Coordinate audit preparation activities and gather information from stakeholders.

  • Maintain employee records, training documentation and DBS records.

  • Support health and safety administration and follow up on outstanding actions.

  • Assist operational teams with job administration, documentation and record keeping.

  • Prepare information for invoicing, payroll processing and supplier payments.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance function when required.

  • Help improve internal processes and ensure deadlines are consistently met.


Requirements



  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Coordinator, Senior Administrator or Business Support role.

  • Experience supporting ISO standards, compliance administration or audit preparation would be highly advantageous.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professional and confident communication skills.

  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

  • Comfortable working across multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • A proactive approach with the confidence to follow up actions and coordinate colleagues.

  • An interest in compliance, governance or quality management processes.

  • Experience using Monday.com or similar task management software would be advantageous.

  • Previous exposure to finance administration, payroll support or invoicing processes would be beneficial.
