Meeting Support Administrator


Location: Stirling (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (Minimum 3 Months, with potential for extension or permanent opportunity)
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate


Are you an experienced Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of a busy team? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to provide essential administrative support during a particularly busy period.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone available to start immediately and commit to at least three months, with the strong possibility of the role being extended or becoming permanent for the right person.


The Role


This position will play a key role in supporting a busy team with a significant volume of meetings and administrative activity. Minute-taking is a core responsibility and previous experience producing accurate meeting notes and action logs is essential.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Coordinating and scheduling a high volume of meetings

  • Taking detailed and accurate minutes during meetings and distributing actions promptly

  • Managing action trackers and ensuring follow-ups are recorded.

  • Preparing agendas, reports and supporting meeting documentation

  • Managing diaries using Outlook and Microsoft Teams

  • Supporting both virtual and face-to-face meetings

  • Formatting, proofreading and producing professional documents.

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

  • Assisting with meeting room setup and preparation for visitors


About You


We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently support a busy team from day one.


You'll ideally have:



  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment

  • Strong minute-taking experience (essential)

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Teams

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A professional and adaptable approach
