Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Executive, the successful candidate will:

• Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director as part of a collaborative team.


• Create and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.


• Manage and grow the organisation's digital presence across social media, email, and web platforms.


• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling messaging.


• Utilise digital tools to support and enhance marketing initiatives.


• Track and analyse campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.


• Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and target audiences.


• Provide regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of marketing activities.


• Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely marketing resources for campaigns.


• Assist the internal sales support team with new business inquiries.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications:
While not essential, the following would be beneficial:

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of pensions.

Working Hours:
This role operates Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, with no weekend commitments. Flexi-time can be accumulated through working extra hours. Working from home 1 day per week is permitted after passing your 3 month probation.
