Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Discretionary Bonus
Ready to take the next step in your Executive Assistant career?
We're looking for a confident, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Security division. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
You'll work closely with approachable Directors who value a great working relationship, a positive attitude and someone they can rely on. With no two days the same, there's plenty of opportunity to take ownership of the role, develop new skills and get involved in different areas of the business.
⭐ What's in it for you?
- £40,000-£45,000 salary, plus a discretionary bonus.
- Direct exposure to senior leadership, working closely with two Directors and gaining valuable insight into the business.
- A varied, hands-on role spanning executive support, reporting, travel coordination, documentation and business administration.
- A welcoming team environment, working alongside project managers, engineers and colleagues across the wider business.
- A comprehensive handover, with the opportunity to learn from the outgoing Executive Assistant before the role becomes vacant.
- Future flexibility, with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days per week following successful completion of probation.
- Career development opportunities, with scope to broaden responsibilities and build valuable experience.
- Company events and recognition, including an annual company-wide event and awards.
💼 What will you be doing?
You'll play a central role in supporting the Directors and coordinating the day-to-day running of the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Executive support: Managing Outlook diaries, coordinating meetings and preparing weekly reports and presentations for the Directors.
- Communication and relationship management: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, colleagues and other departments across the group.
- Business administration: Preparing, updating and maintaining company documentation, financial reports, timesheets and internal records.
- Travel and events: Organising business travel, accommodation, meetings and company events.
- Project and operational support: Coordinating schedules, collating information and ensuring teams have the documentation they need.
- Compliance and documentation: Supporting internal procedures, client requirements and annual industry audits.
- Office coordination: Welcoming visitors, arranging meeting facilities and helping keep daily operations organised.
You'll be trusted to manage competing priorities, stay one step ahead and ensure the Directors have everything they need to focus on running the business.
👀 What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is professional, personable and naturally organised, with the confidence to work closely with senior leadership.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, PA or senior administrative support role.
- Experience supporting Directors or senior management.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional manner.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Visio would be beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail, discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- A proactive approach, a willingness to learn and the confidence to build relationships across the business.
Personality matters just as much as experience. We're looking for someone approachable, confident and adaptable, with the ability to build trust, use initiative and bring a positive attitude to the team.
