We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business in Poole seeking an experienced Administrator to join their customer operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing processes, supporting customers, and working collaboratively across multiple departments.
The Role
As an Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders and business processes are managed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Checking and validating order information
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Liaising with customers and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries
- Resolving administrative and customer-related queries
- Monitoring urgent requests and ensuring actions are completed promptly
- Supporting colleagues to achieve service and delivery targets
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support or order processing role
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident IT skills, including experience using business systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
