Weekend Night shift Maintenance Call Handler

Our client is a progressive and well known facilities organisation and they have created a new role within the Out of Hours team for a Weekend night shift Maintenance Coordinator. This will be covering emergency maintenance calls from 12 midday to 12.00pm every Saturday & Sunday. Offered ad hoc Bank holidays at double time and ad hoc holiday cover when needed during the week included night shifts This role will be a remote position working from home for the most part with occasion in office and has the opportunity to move into the Account Management team (day shifts) after 12 months or potentially sooner if applicable for you.


  • Answer all incoming calls and managing customer requirements

  • To allocate tasks to contractors and manage through to completion

  • Ensuring CRM is kept up to date with client changes and all jobs are visible for the day shift team to follow up if needed the next day

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients

Ideal skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Competent with Word and Excel
