Weekend Call Handler (Every other)

Our client is a progressive and well known facilities organisation and they have created a new role within the Out of Hours team for a Weekend Maintenance Coordinator. This will be covering emergency maintenance calls from 12 midday to 12.00am every other Saturday & Sunday. This role will be a remote position working from home with ad hoc meetings in the office.


Duties:



  • Answer all incoming calls and managing customer requirements

  • To allocate tasks to contractors and manage through to completion

  • Ensuring CRM is kept up to date with client changes and all jobs are visible for the day shift team to follow up if needed the next day

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients


Ideal skills required:



  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Competent with Word and Excel
