Here at Office Angels in Glasgow we are collaborating exclusively with an expanding business to assist with the recruitment of a Warehouse Administrator. We are looking to offer a fun, enthusiastic, loyal and hardworking individual the opportunity to join their Warehouse Logistics Team.


Salary: - £25k
Location: - Cumbernauld
Hours: - Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm


The role: -

* Receiving and storing goods
* Managing the digital inventory
* Warehouse management, ensuring H&S is adhered to
* Ensure goods are stored safely and insurance processes adhered to
* Process inventory - goods in and out - and ensuring inventory is up to up to date with supporting images
* Ensure equipment is maintained and services as required
* Operations support when necessary - scanning job sheets, risk assessments and waste notes to job files
* Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
* Coordinate supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery

Skills & Experience: -



* Able to demonstrate previous work history in a similar environment
* Pro-active and tenacious attitude
* Logical approach to problem solving
* Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
* Able to work unsupervised
* Excellent communication skills with exceptional customer service both internal and external
* IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel
* Excellent time management


Whilst the day to day responsibilities will be to keep the Logistics operation moving smoothly additional duties such as order processing, ensuring delivery dates are met and supporting with stock take will come under the remit of this role.
This role will suit someone who is comfortable working in a Logistics role in a Warehouse environment, has advanced administration experience and who can demonstrate confidence in all MS Office packages and logistics software.
