Our client, an accountancy firm are looking for a Mandarin Speaking Virtual Assistant to join their team!


We are looking for someone who has previous experience within a Personal Assistant or similar role and is confident with a strong work ethic. Very organised, extremely adaptable and has the ability to support busy a senior member whilst prioritising and planning their workload.

Duties:



  • Providing professional support to a senior member.

  • Arranging meetings and schedules, maintaining diary of senior member including organisation of any appointments.

  • Providing support to manage and maintain work as well as monitoring emails and diaries.

  • Conducting any preparation when required for meetings or presentations.

  • Organising travel arrangements when needed and acting as first point of contact.

  • Maintaining relationships with other team members and any other key members.

  • Completing all task accurately, professional, and confidentially (when required).

  • Other ad hoc duties.


Requirements:



  • MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK MANDARIN AS THIS IS ESSENTIAL!

  • Previous experience within a Personal Assistant or similar role is essential.

  • Must be able to manage workload, deadlines and prioritise tasks.

  • Extremely organised and detail orientated.

  • Confidence and clear in themselves and their work.

  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.

  • A strong personality who does not panic and works well under pressure. Someone who is also cheerful, friendly, and flexible but also able to push back when needed to.
