Required: 2 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays)

An urgent temporary opportunity to join an Ofsted rated 'outstanding' specialist independent day school based in New Malden as an HR Administration Assistant for 2 days a week.

You will be confident and own good administrative and communication skills. You do not need to have HR experience and ideally be DBS checked.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

  • Filing and archiving

  • Entering data onto the single central register

  • Collating and chasing paperwork and forms

  • Processing DBS applications

  • Preparing stationary

  • Processing reference requests

  • Shredding

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel

  • Meticulous, conscientious & proactive
