£22k to £31k plus generous uncapped commission-based earnings, 25 days holiday, fun & relaxed atmosphere

Overview:


An exciting opportunity to join a leading Tour Operator as their energetic Travel Specialist ranging from entry level Junior's up to experienced Senior Level. All commission is uncapped offering an unlimited earning potential and chance to be part of a highly motivated team.


You will receive a generous company discount for personal trips, as well as the opportunity for company fam trips to specialist destinations.


You will be responsible for looking after the client's journey, from initial enquiry right up until they return from their holiday. It is vital you are motivated and passionate as you will be required to continually learn about the latest products, news and information. You will need to demonstrate a first-class customer service, be a quick learner and have passion and ambition.


Responsibilities:



  • Creation and sale of high quality, tailormade holidays

  • Make the most of every single genuine sales enquiry received

  • Exceed sales targets and KPI's set by the company

  • Ensure the products sold, and the supporting information, is of the highest standard

  • Achieve exceptional levels of service at all times

  • Interacting with clients, mostly over the telephone - with some face-to-face meetings

  • Continual training to ensure that you remain a true Travel Specialist with up-to-date commercial knowledge and understanding of hotels / flights / infrastructure

  • A total commitment to customer service

  • Flexibility to meet the needs of the developing business



Required:



  • Ideally from a similar role within the travel industry

  • Junior candidates - ideally have relevant qualifications or passionate about getting into travel sales

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and spoken communication

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Good attention to detail
