Based in Heathrow area

The logistical challenges of moving high-profile international Pop artists or Rock Bands from gig to gig through their worldwide tour schedules are vast and varied? Operations that are all organised and planned in detail from the head office of this successful specialist international operator.

As we all emerge from the effects of lock-downs, Live Music & Sporting events are all back on the agenda, and this creates new opportunity for people e to join and learn the Administration and Coordination tasks in this exciting business in their logistics team.

As well as the crucial consideration of "team-fit", the successful candidates would need to be able to demonstrate a passion for the music / music industry, close attention to detail, and a determination to get the important organisational tasks done accurately and in line with the schedules - in addition, a good working knowledge of MS-Excel is required - Working with the rest of the experienced team, your judgements, prioritising, independent thinking, collaboration, communication, strength of character (and sense of humour!) will all be called upon to achieve the planned outcomes and keep client's satisfaction as a top agenda!

The role is office-based Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm, and a Car and/or UK driving license maybe be required for occasional use of company vehicle.
