Office Angels Preston are recruiting for a successful, expanding business based in Redscar, Preston. We are on the lookout for an experienced Export Coordinator to work alongside the Customer Service team, playing a main part dealing with all internal and external Export matters and more!


The successful candidate must have experience and a good understanding of European Road Freight Operations including Incoterms and all the relevant documentation required. This role includes:



  • Working alongside the expanding Customer Service team, dealing with both internal and external customers by both phone and email

  • Daily liaison with UK and international partners and other external agencies as well as internal communications with other departments- excellent customer service and people skills is required

  • Act as main point of contact for all customer service issues/enquiries from inbound calls and emails

  • Produce and be in control of all export shipping documentation required, accuracy and attention to detail is essential

  • Manage the day to day Sales Order operations which can include providing quotations to Sales orders entry/upload, and invoicing

  • Update and maintain Customer files on the internal system- Strong Microsoft knowledge and internal system usage required

  • Organise, liaise with and arrange export carriers/couriers

  • General office duties such as generating reports, filing and archiving documents
