⏰Working Pattern: Full Time (40 HRS A WEEK, Monday to Friday)

Our client, a leading international transportation and logistics organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic Transport Administrator to join their team in Slough.


Responsibilities:


📋Reconciliation of Transport Orders and database system to ensure accuracy of customer invoices.


📝Checking Customer Transport Orders and paperwork for completeness and correctness.


🔄Reconciliation of Employee Timesheets.


📊Completing weekly cost sheets in Microsoft Excel for billed customers.


📂Updating customer portals with PODs and other relevant paperwork.


💡Analysing data and offering cost-saving solutions.


☎️Ensuring timely response to telephone calls and emails.


🗄️General filing and database updating.


📆Assisting the Accounts Manager with any additional tasks.


Essential Requirements:


✍️Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


🔍Attention to detail and accuracy.


💪Self-motivated and highly organised.


🔄Flexible approach to tasks.


☎️Confident telephone manner.


💻Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


👥Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


⚡️Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines.


🚘Own transport for commuting is essential.


🤣Good sense of humour.
