Salary: £23,000



Location: Leytonstone



Hours: 9-5:00pm with 30 minute lunch


This will be a full time office based role



A successful construction-based training company located in Leytonstone are looking for a new business support administrator for their training team.



Duties:



  • Process administration and documents for courses

  • Ensure all candidate checks are completed

  • Deal with paperwork for courses and ensure everyone has what is needed

  • Respond to emails and calls

  • Maintain company systems and keep candidate records up to date

  • Liaise with training bodies

  • Administer certification

  • Invigilate exams when required

  • Attend regular meetings

  • Administrative duties for courses and training



Requirements:



  • Immediately available to start a new role

  • Happy with a temp - perm position

  • Previous administrative experience - within training is beneficial

  • Happy to commute to Leytonstone

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills and able to work off your own initiative

  • Hold a valid DBS - beneficial



A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
