Office Hours - 35 hours a week 52 weeks a year - 9-5pm - Hybrid working available 2 days office / 3 days home

JOB PURPOSE:


To support the apprenticeship/training administration processes and contribute to the effective support of the employer and customer facing services.


MAIN DUTIES:



  • To register, record, input details of learners enrolled on training programs, input and maintain learner and qualification information both computerised and manual files

  • To promote the apprenticeship training and offer initial advice and guidance to employers and candidates.

  • Process new enrolments and monitor learner progress and attendance.

  • To prepare training statistics as required.

  • Support pre-enrolment processes such as initial assessment, learner eligibility checks and employer documentation collection.

  • To support the recruitment process of apprentices.

  • To act as the link between the Training Centre and the National Centre to ensure that information relating to apprenticeship training is available. Ensuring training and learning information is available in a timely and accessible manner.

  • To support the administration of the department including customer satisfaction surveying, undertaking operational needs analyses etc.

  • To support the apprenticeship end point assessment administration processes.


If you have strong IT skills within Ms Office, CRM and Excel, exceptional attention to detail and administration/data entry skills we would like to hear from you.


IAG qualification at Level 2 or above would be desirable, along with experience within training/apprenticeships/education.


*Salary will be dependant on your skills and relevant industry experience.
