Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm

My client, a successful training centre based in Brentwood, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will work as part of the Business Support Team, ensuring that trainers have all necessary materials available to carry out their course delivery correctly and the training centre is running efficiently on a day-to-day basis.


Duties:



  • Meet and greet delegates upon arrival and deal with all queries and enquiries throughout the day

  • Work with the team to prepare and distribute registers and course material to trainers for all courses as required

  • Confirm bookings and send joining instructions including all pre-course checks as required

  • Manage procurement and stationary requirements

  • Prepare certificates of achievement/attendance and competency cards as required and send to client

  • Carry out necessary post course activities, logging results, updating and closing courses on system and ensuring all folders are returned and archived

  • Complete all vendor information requests including completion of forms, sending of updated documentation & certification

  • Arrange delivery/collections between training centres as required

  • Provide support to other members of the Business Support team and Training Centres as required

  • End of day training centre activities (building checks are completed before leaving the premises and folders away)

  • Attaching PO's to bespoke training management tool

  • Reporting "No Shows" on a daily basis

  • Assist associates with printing when needed

  • Liaising with Head Office Facilities team regarding facilities issues

  • Liaising with other training sites to ensure the paperwork has arrived

  • Order site wardens for all 3 sites as required

  • Prepare open course reports and manage closures within the team

  • Scribe for candidates with learning difficulties
